Turney and Burbage Road committees often get asked to help with finding local residents to act as charity trustees.    Here are the latest requests:

Trustees sought for the CASSEL Centre, a registered charity based in Forest Hill SE23

Dedicated, professional people with an interest in preventative services for people with mental health, relationship and family difficulties are needed to support this essential local charity which offers over 9,000 sessions per annum.  Our turn-over is around £200,000 per annum.

We are keen to recruit people with a range of skills including business development, finance, public relations, marketing, commissioning and fundraising.

Southwark Pensioners’ Centre (SPC) is looking for trustees with legal and financial experience

SPC is a charity offering a range of services and activities to people over 50 in the London Borough of Southwark. Founded in 1987, the purpose of the Centre is to support older people to enjoy a good quality of life into a healthy old age by providing services, information across the Borough and a community resource centre working to promote choice and opportunity for the diverse population of older people.
